Our diverse selection of low pressure multiport connectors includes products that can be easily used in low pressure regions of a system where a dependable connection is essential. Included in these connectors are unions, elbow connectors, tees & crosses and manifolds. Each product can used to meet your system requirements with pressure ratings of up to 2000 psi (138 bar).

Choose a 5, 7, or 9 Port Manifold to combine several streams into one, or split one fluid stream into several. Each PEEK manifold comes complete with 1/4-28 Super Flangeless™ Fittings for either 1/16 inches or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing, with pressure ratings of 2,000 psi (138 bar) and 500 psi (34 bar), respectively. Our PEEK Manifolds are ideal for use in multiport mixing chambers, for gas sparging splitting unions and for sample injection onto multi-well plates or a multiple direction flow path unions.

Low Pressure Tees and Crosses offer a unique design for joining multiple tubing and fittings together. They are available in two inert polymers and can handle pressures to 500 psi (34 bar) or 1,000 psi (69 bar), depending upon the configuration of the products. Our Tees & Crosses are designed with handy mounting holes. All ETFE Tees and Crosses ship complete with 1/4-28 PFA Flangeless nuts and ETFE ferrules, while their PEEK polymer counterparts ship with 1/4-28 PEEK nuts and ETFE ferrules.

Low Pressure Unions are available in a variety of polymers, providing several low-cost and chemically-resistant options. Manufactured from PEEK, Tefzel (ETFE), Derlin, polypropylene or PCTFE our unions deliver excellent chemical resistance. These versatile unions are available with ¼-28, M6 or 10-32 flat bottom threads

These luer adapters were designed to work in a wide variety of applications. By connecting any male luer to any female luer, you can easily create your own quick connect union or adapter. Each Quick Connect Luer Adapter conforms to ISO requirements for medical luer taper configuration and performance (45 psi/3.1 bar).

These special MicroTight fittings were created to facilitate connecting fused silica and other capillary tubing to standard 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing or standard luer-lock connectors. Available versions include fittings for adapting to 0.025 inches (MicroTight Sleeves), 1/32 inches, and 360µm outer diameters.

Our Barbed Reducing Unions have been engineered to effectively join together one piece of soft-walled tubing to a second piece of differently sized soft-walled tubing. This type of connector is typically the connector of choice for joining two peristaltic tubes with different inner diameters together. These are manufactured from either polypropylene or nylon.

Our Luer to Barbed Adapters are an excellent choice when connecting between soft-walled tubing and luer-based products, such as a syringe or a low-pressure filter, for example. We offer several different configurations, allowing you to connect various sizes of soft-walled tubing to receiving ports that accept a male luer “slip” style connection; a male luer “lock” style connection; and a female-luer style of connector.

Our Thread to Barbed Adapters are the ideal solution when you need to connect soft-walled tubing with threaded receiving ports – e.g., connecting of peristaltic pump extension tubing to a traditional selection valve used in chromatographic applications. Within this family of products, we offer three different styles of adapters – standard one-piece adapters; one-piece Conical Adapter Bodies; and our Swivel Barb Adapters. (The standard one-piece adapters and Conical Adapter Bodies feature the convenience of a one-piece adapter but also require the barbed stem — used for connecting the soft-walled tubing — to spin as the adapter is connected or disconnected. The Swivel Barb Adapters function as one-piece connectors; however, each adapter is comprised of two pieces that spin freely, which prevents the soft-walled tubing from twisting when these adapters are used.) Each of these adapter styles has been engineered to work well with different soft-walled tubing inner diameter ranges.

The RI detector provides high resolution and low dispersion detection for HPLC applications. The optical units are also available for integration into OEM based systems. Three sizes are available based on your required flow rate needs.
