Raykol – IDL 50 series Automated Liquid Dispensing & Liquid Separation Systems

Liquid dispensing and separation of large batches of samples is a repetitive task, manually dispensing the required liquid with predefined volume and separating the extracts, could be very time-consuming and likely to cause errors, resulting in lower lab productivity and accuracy. RayKol’s IDL 50 series are smart and automated solutions for both tasks. 

RayKol IDL 50A Automated Liquid Dispensing System can complete the quantitative solvent addition for large sample batches. It utilizes double high-precision syringe pumps, to dispense solvents via large-volume pump and standards via small-volume pump. Compatible with 15mL and 50mL centrifuge tubes, IDL 50A automated liquid dispensing system is able to rinse the pipette needle after dispensing, and contain alarm reminder for remaining solvent volume. 

The IDL 50S Automated Liquid Separation System specializes in separation of extracts by pipetting the quantitative upper layer from samples. It adopts a dual-channel syringe pump to pipette two extracts at once. And there is a sensor to identify the position of liquid level for automatic extraction. Compared to manual separation, obtaining upper layer via syringe pump results in more precise experiment outcome. 

Both IDL 50 series automated liquid dispenser are software control, no needs for human intervention during operation, easy to experienced users even novice users.
