Questron Technologies – QPlate – Wireless Block Digestion System
QPlate Wireless is our latest Lab Digestion System in Wireless Computing Connectivity to offer enhanced productivity, reliability and control for critical chemistry solutions – with precision.
- Each QPlate is equipped with its own Separated Controller to be used outside of fume hood protected from heat and acids
- The controller is compatible with the same Qblock Wireless Group Controller.
Key Features
- Teflon® coated graphite for temperatures up to 230 ºC.
- Anodized Aluminium slabs for up to 400 ºC operation .
- Standard size with overall dimensions of 40 x 23 x 7 inches and heated work surface of 36 x 14 inches.
- Customized sizes done as per the clients’ specific requirements.
Controller
- QPlate Controller is based on the ubiquitous Android™- based OS Bluetooth-enabled computer with touchscreen.
- The system is shipped with a pre-loaded QPlate/ QBlock Wireless application, providing the user a commonplace platform to perform a task that requires precise control, user programmability, data archiving, and flexibility.
- Wireless control of hot plate/s from Controller minimizes the time spent leaning over the hot plate as well as reducing unnecessary mess of high current cables.
- Up to eight hot plates can be simultaneously operated using one Controller with each plate running its own temperature profile.
- Can store unlimited number of digestion programs, all with up to four ramp/hold digestion steps.

Q-Interface
- The palm-sized Interface Box is connected to the heating block and is placed outside the fume hood.
- It receives digestion method data from the QBlock Wireless Controller and applies power to the heating block.
- The Interface Box enclosure is constructed from non-metallic material and includes external flanges for surface mounting.
